Acaacia automatic gasifier is designed for continuous operation, constant gas quality & minimum maintenance. After experience of more than a decade & facing more than 200 gasifiers in all over India & Abroad with different types of coal (from 28 FC to 65 FC).
We have done the following important automation & upgradation in our automatic gasifier;
1. Firstly we have put variable frequency drive ( VFT) in our Gasifier main blowers. This facilitate the delivery of the demanded volume of gas accurately and will control coal consumption, when the gasifier will run on

lower capacity.
2.Automatic coal feed: Addition of coal when demanded by the gasifier at a particular gas exit temperature is directly connected with the inside layers of the gasifier. The quality of gas will only be maintained, if these layers should be ideal due to human error or negligence coal addition delayed  & results the lower efficiency of gasifier. By doing this automation this problem is permanently solved.

3.AUTOMATIC MAKEUP WATER FILLING IN STEAM DRUM: Steam plays a vital role in coal gasification. Negligence in the filling of water at appropriate time will not only dangerous for the gasifier rather it will disturbed the complete process of gasification. By doing this automation this problem is also permanently solved.
